A migration involves several steps that must be completed before our Migrations team can proceed with scheduling, initiating the migration, and, if needed, conducting post-migration follow-ups:
- Assessment of your account
- Adding relevant stakeholders to the email
- Migration terms sent
- Approval from mentioned stakeholders after reading Terms and Conditions
- Migration scheduling
- Updating user emails and/or merging duplicate accounts (if applicable)
- Canceling source subscription and potentially updating destination subscription (if applicable)
Please note, due to data migration complexities and possible engineer involvement, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
