Record only one contact for each person you talk with.
For the purpose of recording "number contacts" a member's guests are considered a single contact. If the contact is a guest, discuss the issues with them, but record them as one "insufficient guest control".
If it is necessary to talk with them more than once, it is still a single contact.
Continue recording each type of issue discussed when the contact is with a member.
As before, if the issue is not one of the common teachable moments, list them in the narrative section.
