As a Shades of Sisterhood Chapter Leader, I understand that I will have access to materials, plans, conversations, and documents that are private, proprietary, and intended only for internal use within the organization. I agree not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any documents, templates, brand materials, conversations, or strategic information provided through the Shades Leadership Suite, private meetings, or group communications. This includes, but is not limited to: event plans, onboarding documents, marketing templates, internal chats, member data, or leadership strategies. I understand that these materials are to be used solely to support the mission and vision of Shades of Sisterhood and cannot be repurposed for outside use.
I further agree that I will not create or participate in any competing group, brand, or event series that mimics or closely replicates the structure, style, or programming of Shades of Sisterhood including signature events such as “Brunch & Bloom™,” “Denim & Pearls™,” “EmpowHER Wednesdays™,” or any event with similar themes and formats during my leadership and for a period of one (1) year following my departure from the organization. This applies both to local, in-person activities as well as digital or virtual communities that may cause confusion or conflict with the Shades of Sisterhood brand.
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read and agree to uphold the standards, confidentiality, and brand integrity of Shades of Sisterhood Inc. I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate removal from my leadership position, restriction from future participation, and potential legal action if necessary to protect the brand and its mission.
