  • Thank you for taking the time to complete the Wedding Worksheet, it should only take about 10-15 minutes. Please submit this form below the week prior to your ceremony. Make sure you designate a cell phone number that will be answered on that date in case there are any last minute questions or concerns as I am traveling to the location or when I arrive. Scroll down through the entire form and enter all pertinent information to the best of your knowledge. The more details you provide, the better the performance I will be able to give.

IMPORTANT:  Before selecting your event music, please visit  Wedding Song Planner Guide

To make your music selections for a Harp Soloist, please visit my Music Library or song suggestion list and note the song title.

Please have a coordinator stay in eye or ear contact with me at all times during the processional who will give me a cue to begin. A wave or thumbs up works the best.

You must Click SUBMIT at the bottom to send me the completed Worksheet.

Thank you in advance for your consideration so that I may give the best performance possible at your wedding.

  • The ceremony typically starts with the Seating of the Grandparents/Mothers, sometimes the Officiant will walk in before them. Once this begins, all of the processions directly follow with no interim music. At this point, I will need a reliable THUMBS UP CUE from the event planner/coordinator (or friend, etc.) to start this first chosen piece of music for the processional.

  • Music Selection #1 (choose one song)

"ATTENDANT PROCESSIONAL" song (to include Grandparents, Mothers, Officiant, and entire Wedding Party)

  • Music Selections #2

    Choose one "BRIDAL PROCESSIONAL" song

(NOTE: For a smooth entrance it is important that the bride wait to hear the above selection before starting to walk!)

  • Music Selection #4 (choose one song)

    Signing of the Register

  • Music Selection #5 (choose one song)

RECESSIONAL  as the wedding party exits

  • I will then play a Postlude of harp music for approximately 5-10 minutes. Feel free to print out this page as a backup.

    THANK YOU!
