Vendor fees are $100 per spot for the entire duration of the planned event. Vendor spots are not defined at this time, but will be at minimum 15' x 15' areas with ample access to electrical outlets and Wifi internet service. all vendor areas are completely covered and in high foot-traffic areas.
Vendor areas are selected on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. We ask that the square footage area a vendor occupies is reasonable based on the product or service they are providing. Please be respectful of other vendors and the MAC itself.
Vendors are allowed to setup either the night before or the morning of the planned event. Please provide information on your setup time needs and the MAC will make every attempt to accomodate you.
We ask that vendors occupy their booths for at least 75% of the time planned of the event or from event start + 6 hours.
The vendor fee must be paid upon your arrival at the MAC before any setup occurs. Vendors are asked to clean their areas as soon as the event has ended or the vendor has decided to leave the event. Please be respectful when cleaning as our resources are limited
