Defective item(s) must be returned within 14 days after the receipt of your warranty replacement. Please note shipping charges are the end-users responsibility during the warranty period per our terms and condition. You are authorizing Bayland Technologies, Inc. Monitors.com. It's an affiliate to charge your credit card for shipping charges both ways (monitors.com will cover warranty replacement shipping charges within the first 90 days of the purchase). (We will ship you special box and foam for your monitor(s), we will include a prepaid return label, schedule FedEx to pick up the digitizer and we will ship out the unit to you once the service is performed. Please note this option is for all clients located within the 48 contiguous United States. This option is available for $995 USD to clients located in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.)
