2026 MOHSC Pre-Entry Form

**Must be submitted by September 16th to qualify for the $150 blanket fee. Blanket fee includes: Office fee, all general classes, one team entry. DRESSAGE TESTS must be entered by September 11th. Riders may only enter 4 dressage tests total. There is a cap on total number of dressage entries. All payments to be made at the show office prior to your first class.**
