As a requirement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, each business that occupies an office within our Business Centres needs to provide us with the details of at least one nominated Fire Warden (Deemed “The Competent Person(s)” in the regulations) who will be the Fire Marshall(s) for your business.
They will, in an event of a fire/fire drill evacuation, instruct everyone in their offices to evacuate the building, proceed to the assembly area and will inform the Fire Warden’s for the building (who will be wearing a Fire Warden jacket) that everyone from their business is accounted for and is out of the building.
