If you are ready to work with me in one of my online Women's Wellness Groups or one on one Wellness Coaching please fill out this application form. Besides finding the right exercise for your level and goals, I will be working you through a nutrition plan for your needs and tapping into topics such as why eating "healthy" doesn't always equal results, misleading food labels, sugar and food addiction, kids' nutrition and more. You can also expect mindset work and personal development all in the name of Women's Wellness and Sanity! My coaching focuses on a health vs "diet" mentality" in order to reach your goals and KEEP them.
