To access the Texas CTE digital art files, Texas CTE style guide, and promotional material, please fill in your district information and sign this document indicating your full agreement to the terms and conditions below. 

• The Texas Education Agency (TEA) owns the Texas CTE logo and word mark (collectively, the “Texas CTE Mark”).

 

• As a user of the Texas CTE Mark, you acknowledge that TEA owns the Texas CTE Mark, that your use of the Texas CTE Mark inures to the benefit of TEA, and that your use of the Texas CTE Mark is pursuant to this non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license from TEA.

 

• You acknowledge that you have acquired no rights in the Texas CTE Mark other than the limited right of use as set forth herein. You also agree to not register or use any mark or domain name that is the same as or confusingly similar to the Texas CTE Mark to which licensed rights are granted herein, and to take no action, directly or indirectly, that would undermine TEA’s use and/or registration of the Texas CTE Mark.

 

• TEA may terminate this agreement immediately for cause. TEA may terminate this agreement within 15 days’ notice for convenience.

 

• This agreement expires on July 14, 2021, and may be renewed by written agreement of the parties at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.

 

•  All applications of the Texas CTE logo and Career Cluster® icons must be consistent with the Texas CTE style guide.

 

• Users agree to adhere to the standards contained in the Texas CTE style guide.

 

•  All communications that carry the Texas CTE brand and career cluster icons is limited to educational use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

 

•  I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement as outlined above—and agree to abide by them always to help ensure the integrity of the Texas CTE brand.
