I have read the Trinity First School Volunteer Handbook.

I agree to follow the procedures and guidlines listed in the handbook to the best of my ability. I understand that I should direct my questions or comments to the Volunteer Coordinator or Principal. I also understand that my position as Volunteer could be terminated if I do not follow these guidelines.
