HALL OF FAME - GENERAL INFORMATION
The Central Ohio - USBC Association Hall of Fame was formed to honor those members who have displayed outstanding ability or who have distinguished themselves with dedicated service to the progress of certified bowling.
NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN FOUR CATEGORIES:
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE - Local competitive accomplishments, such as titles won and/or records established by a member who is still active. He/She must have been a member in good standing of the local association for at least fifteen years and must be at least forty five years of age.
VETERAN - Local accomplishments such as records established and/or titles won by a bowler who may still be active but whose ability has been diminished or one who has retired. He/she must have been a member in good standing of the local association for at least fifteen years and must be at least sixty years of age.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE - Length of service and accomplishments in the administrative phase of bowling - beyond his/her obligations in the Central Ohio USBC. He/she must have been a member in good standing of the ABC/WIBC/USBC for at least fifteen years.
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT - Length of service and dedication to the sport of bowling - this would include league officers, bowling center employees, tournament organizers, etc. He/She must have been or currently is a member of the Central Ohio USBC in good standing.
Selection may be made posthumously. A nominee may be selected in only one category. A separate form is to be submitted for each nominee. Selection in each category is not mandatory every year. You need not be a member of the Central Ohio USBC Association to nominate.
Names and qualifications of those who are not selected will remain on file for a period of three years and will be reviewed annually by the committee. The final selection(s) will be approved the Central Ohio - USBC board of directors.
Each inductee will receive an award from the Central Ohio USBC and his/her name will be engraved on the Hall of Fame plaque. In addition, a certificate from the USBC will be presented.

Whether you submit your nomination online or by mailing it to the association, the completed form must be submitted to the Association office by March 15.
