Food Vendor Application
On October 13 the historic Town of Phoebus will transform into a vibrant outdoor street festival featuring handmade arts and crafts, community exhibits, food trucks, live music and craft beer. Our growing hometown event is seeking high quality food vendors.

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
-Application deadline is September 17; applicants will be notified by email on or before September 21 of their acceptance.
-Accepted vendors will recieve an email link with online payment directions.
-Food Vendor Fees: 10'x10'- $75.00, 10'x20'- $125.00
-Vendor fees must be paid by September 30.
-All accepted vendors must provide copies of insurance, health permit and business license by September 30.
-Booth sharing is not permitted.
-Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and water are NOT provided.)
-Generators must be quiet and cords may not cross streets or walkways.
-Vendors are responsible for all required City of Hampton Health Department permits and compliance with regulations.
-All local laws must be followed.
-All applications are subject to a jury process; Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
-If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued and no credit given to future events.
