    A RECEIPT OF THIS FORM WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU at the email address you provide upon submission. Please print that receipt and include it with the drysuit for shipping. Drysuits shipped without corresponding paperwork will be returned to sender because of liability. DO NOT send anything that can be removed from your drysuit. eg. Items in your pockets, drysuit bag, etc. If you are using a non DUI ring systems for neck or wrist seals you MUST include the seals or gloves. Please include your current ZipSeals on the drysuit if available. 

    ALL DRYSUITS ARE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO OUR 20 POINT INSPECTION to verfiy known issues as well as identify unknown issues. The cost of this service is $125 and you will receive $25 off when our customer service contacts you for credit card information.

  • After the drysuit is received and entered into the repair system a customer service associate will contact you for credit card payment information to receive the $25 discount off the $125 fee for the mandatory 20 Point Inspection. (not valid with any other offers or specials)

    Your credit card will not be charged until the 20 Point Inspection has been completed and all issues and corresponding repair costs have been identified.

    Remove items from drysuit pockets. Leave drysuit in a divable configuration. 

    Please send the drysuit only and do not send drysuit bags, boots, undergarments, accessories, etc.

    If you are using a non DUI ring systems for neck or wrist seals you MUST include the seals or gloves. Please include your current ZipSeals on the drysuit if available.
