• Senior Bio Submission Form

    Members of the Class of 2027: The time has come to complete your Senior Biography. Listed below are activities offered at Legend. Please follow the directions below and enter the grade(s) you participated in the activities. If you participated at a different high school, include the high school and year(s) you attended (Ex: AHS 9-10, AHS 11-12). Only school-related activities can be printed. Please remember that if you falsify data, your entire bio will be left out of the yearbook.  Complete this form by Friday, October 23, 2026. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE GRADE LEVELS YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE ACTIVITIES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR ACTIVITIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK.
