TERMS: This payment will secure your wedding date for coordination and will secure your date and all meetings, rehearsal and day of coordination services as specified. A non-refundable retainer will hold your date and the non-refundable balance is due 90 days before your wedding. if you have pre-paid all but the $500 retainer may be refunded for cancellation in writing 90 days or more before your wedding date. Should you need additional hours the rate is $60/hr. Additional hours may be added/adjusted at our discretion and upon your approval as we work with you to determine needs and to ensure we have adequate coverage for your event. Based on our initial assessment this is adequate coverage for your wedding day however if we determine in our planning meetings that more coverage is needed we will recommend additional hours.
No travel fees are assessed however travel time from our offices is counted against your hours total if they are in excess of 30 minutes of travel from downtown Cincinnati (45202( to/from your venue on your wedding day (60 minutes total). Vendor meal(s) are required for your coordinator(s). Day of coordination hours (10 per coordinator) are consecutive and may not be split. We will send additional instructions on booking your planning sessions after you have completed this form and payment.
Two pre-wedding Planning Meetings in our offices or by phone, Facetime, or Skype, an onsite final walk-through and your rehearsal are included and do not count against your 20 coordination hours. In addiiton, timeline creation and vendor collaboration for timeline purposes are included and will comence at or around your 60 day meeting.
If a $500 non-refundable deposit is paid, the balance is due 90 days before your wedding date and will be billed by invoice.
$500 of your payment shall constitute the “non refundable retainer”, If you choose to add hours, the hourly rate per person is $60/hr or an 8 hour+ block is discounted 20%. A discounted hours block may be split among assigned coordinators. If any portion of additional paid hours are unused, they will be refunded by check within 7 days of your wedding date at $45/hr.
Please note we will set up and strike/”tear-down” anything that has our feet on the ground. We will not climb ladders or hang items that are not within arms reach. Also, we are not responsible for trash removal or transporting items that we cannot easily carry.
HOLD HARMLESS: By booking this Wedding Date, The Wedding Couple shall indemnify and hold harmless the Wedding Planner, Trumidio Inc. dba BlackTie+Lace ("The Company") its agents and assigns from and against all claims legal or liable for any reason that may be asserted against the Wedding Planner or Company from the date of this Agreement through completion of services on the Wedding Date. This shall not apply to claims by the Wedding Couple for refunds subject to the terms specified above.
