  • Family Child Care Providers and licensees of Center Based Child Care and Preschool Programs are required to attend a training on the new regulations. The title of the training that meets this requirement is "Here We Go: New CBCCPP/FCCH Licensing Rules." If you have taken the online version and completed successfully, you do not need take the in-person training. If you were not successful you will need to take the in-person training.

    These trainings are 2 ½ hours and will count towards annual professional development hours as well as meeting the requirement for FCCH rule 1.3.3 and CBCCPP rule 1.3.4.

    Pick the training you are attending. Individuals should take the training appropriate to the type of license they hold, for example a registered home provider should take the FCCH training.

    Due to limited space we do ask that only licensees and the Family Child Care Provider sign up for the training. If there is space on the day of the training, other staff may sign up for the training as well.

    Saturday, August 12th from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Central Vermont Medical Center, Conference rooms 1 & 2, 130 Fisher Road, Berlin, VT 05602. Use main entrance, past desk, and down the stairs to the conference room.

    Brattleboro

    August 14th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Brooks Memorial Library, 224 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT

    Newport
