Membership Rules

Membership in the Open Telecom Foundations carries responsibilities.
By-Laws and Membership Responsibilities*

I have read, understood, and agree with the rules for membership in the Open Telecom Foundation as defined in the Open Telecom Foundation By-Laws, as defined in the below link.

Annual Membership Dues (Paid Monthly)

Membership in the Open Telecom Foundation requires the member pay an annual membership fee. This membership fee is split into 12 equal monthly payments. If monthly payments are not made, or payment fails, the membership may be suspended and could be revoked as defined in the By-Laws.

Open Telecom Foundation Silver membership fees are on a sliding scale, matching the member organization's size, measured by number of employees. Collectively, Silver members elect 7 Silver Directors.

Gold and Platinum membership fees are not on a sliding scale. The special Gold and Platinum membership levels are based on significant financial contributions typically made by larger organizations. Gold and Platinum members may elect 3 special Gold and Platinum directors each.

This system of Silver, Gold and Platinum members and directors provides larger donor-like members special director seats in the board (3 Gold directors and 3 Platinum directors), while also protecting the majority of smaller financial contributing Silver members (7 Silver directors).

I have read, understood, and agree with the MEMBERSHIP DUES SCHEDULE Open Telecom Foundation By-Laws, as defined in the below link. Furthermore, I agree to pay the annual membership dues which correspond to the size of my organization, divided in 12 equal payments made each month.
