  • HEATHER POOLE PHOTOGRAPHY MODEL RELEASE AND TERMS: I here by grant permission to Heather Poole Photography for any portraits taken for all print publication, social media, or any advertising method chosen by Heather Poole Photography. All portraits used will be at the discretion of Heather Poole Photography. All portraits taken are the property of Heather Poole Photography. If you wish for your photos to not be shared on social media, please inform Heather Poole Photography, other wise any portraits taken will be published to social media accounts.                                                                                           I AGREE TO ALL TERMS REGARDING: deposits/payments/requirements/guidelines. Deposits for Mini Sessions are nonrefundable and can not be rescheduled for any other day/time. Regular Sessions (Family, Senior, ect.) can be rescheduled 72 hours in advance and the deposit will apply to your session. After 48 hours or a NO SHOW the deposit becomes a retainer fee. After 15 Minutes late for an appointment you are considered a "no show" for your appointment. If you do not reschedule a new session within the 72 hours, a new deposit is required. The remaining balance is always due in full the day of your session by check or cash only.                                                                                                                  I AGREE TO INFORM: Heather Poole Photography of any errors within 2 days after pickup. After 2 days the portraits, disc, or product items are "as is". Heather Poole Photography is not responsible for the outcome of prints or products not printed or ordered from Heather Poole Photography. In the event of an Act of Nature or God, family death, death, accident, hospitalization that prohibits Heather Poole Photography from arriving a a booked event you are releasing Heather Poole Photography from any legal liability. In the event these items occurred Heather Poole Photography would give a refund for that portion of the package or photograph these at a different time/date.*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Heather Poole Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Heather Poole Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Heather Poole, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
