The USLA Scholarship Fund is a corporation as defined by Section 102(a)(3) of the New York State Not-For- Profit Corporation Law and meets the definition of a charitable organization of IRS Section 501(c)(3). The purpose of the Corporation is to obtain funds for the sole purpose of making awards of scholarship grants to eligible students in the Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake Schools for use to attend accredited colleges, universities and technical schools beyond the secondary school level.
