PATIENT COORDINATOR
We are looking for someone with front desk experience preferably in the dental field and knowledge of dental terminology. The ideal candidate will have great people skills as well as hands-on skills. Must be comfortable with technology and have efficient computer skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1+ years in dental billing
• 1+ years in a dental office
• Knowledge of ADA/CDT coding
• Excellent communication & computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

DENTAL HYGIENIST / EFDA
QUALIFICATIONS:
• X-ray certification for the state of Pennsylvania
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification for the state of PA OR
• Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist for the state of Pennsylvania
• CPR certified
• Cleared through the State of PA to work on children: determined through Criminal Background Check, Finger Printing, and Child Abuse Clearance
• Prefer 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant or hygienist with or without expanded function responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Equipment set-up, breakdown, and sterilization assistance
• Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols
• Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by dentist
• Interact with patients and/or the parents or guardians of patients on a variety of topics
• Educate patients, and/or the parents or guardians of patients, on the importance of routine dental hygiene and plaque control programs
• Educate patients, and/or the parents or guardians of patients on the importance of any recommend follow-up appointments
• Record treatment information in patient chart / electronic record
• Clean and sanitize the rooms in preparation for the next patient
• Sterilize or disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials
• Restock supplies
• Follow OSHA and CDC protocol
• Comply with HIPAA regulations

PEDIATRIC DENTAL ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- X-ray certification for the state of Pennsylvania
- Technical school, certification, training or apprenticeship required beyond high school
- CPR certified
- Cleared through the State of PA to work on children: determined through Criminal Background Check, Finger Printing, and Child Abuse Clearance
- 1+ years of experience
- Experience in Eaglesoft a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols
- Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
- Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning; passing instruments.
- Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by dentist
- Interact with patients and/or the parents or guardians of patients on a variety of topics
- Educate patients, and/or the parents or guardians of patients, on the importance of routine dental hygiene and plaque control programs
