Community Health Apprenticeship Program
The Community Health Apprenticeship Program (CHAP) builds healthcare infrastructure in communities most affected by HIV/AIDS by training young people from those communities to become leaders in HIV education, prevention, care and treatment, utilizing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and harm reduction strategies. -- 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒: 𝐋𝐆𝐁𝐓𝐐𝐀𝐈+, 𝟏𝟖-𝟑𝟒 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝, 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝/𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧(𝐱/𝐨/𝐚/𝐞), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐄𝐃.
