If your product was shipped directly from Amazon, you will need to report any shipping damage to Amazon on your Amazon account.

Note that all ingredients inside HotSnapZ are safe and non-toxic and simply washed with plenty of warm soapy water.

Should you be having a question, performance or warranty related issue, and your order was shipped from Amazon directly, we will need your full Amazon order number and shipping address entered below.
