PAYMENTS & MORE:
To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% non-refundable retainer fee due at the time of signing. The retainer fee is a non-refundable retainer of the total costs (with all participants included) to reserve your requested date and time slot. The balance is to be paid in full the day of your event and will be discussed during your consultation. Cash or credit card payments are accepted. Retainer fees can be paid with cash or debit card/credit card. If booking or paying your retainer fee, this fee total can be paid remotely quickly and securely via PayPal or Square. Invoices CANNOT be sent separately to bridal party members, due to the contract being between the contracting party member (i.e. Bride) and the artist.
CANCELLATION & TARDINESS:
Please note, your retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The retainer fee shall only be refunded in the event of cancellation by the Makeup Artist. If you choose not to show up for your appointment after the retainer fee has been paid, you have forfeit any and all payments towards your service. It is understood that all parties are to arrive on time for makeup application at the location and start time listed above. If for any reason, makeup cannot start at the specified times (which will be sent in a reminder once the “BIG DAY” is a month out) there will be an additional charge of $15.00 for every fifteen minutes.
