General Terms and Conditions
Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:
1. To handle all payments and payment processing.
2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable.
3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.
3. To provide all final confirmations and details upon FINAL PAYMENT.
Guest(s) Responsibilities are:
4. To provide neccesary documentation to enter Punta Cana.
5. To finance additional items or activities that are not listed.
6. To make all payments according to payment plan agreed on.
7. Travel Agent are not responsible for resorts and flights changing. The travel agent can't predict changes in flights or resorts, only the vendor can. If you'll like to be informed of flight schedules informed the travel agent. Prices are subject to change unless you have a down payment on the vacation package. If you're going in a group, everyone must pay for the deposit together in order to lock in the price. If everyone don't pay for the vacation package together, than it's not a guarantee transaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All Deposits and Payments are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable unless you purchased travel insurance
2. All payments must be made on time, you will be sent an email, text or messenge ahead of time when payment is due. Failure to pay, Fraction Travels has the right to cancel your trip and all payments made will be non-refundable.
3. All Payments must be made on time to avoid cancellation, late, and/or reinstatement fee.
4. Late Monthly Payments are subject to services fees and/or cancellation.
5. You must give Fraction Travels, the correct names of each individual that is in your party. Any name change are subject to a fee. It's upto the resort of Montego Bay, Jamaica on how much the fee will be or if they'll make changes to your itinerary. Fraction Travels has no control of the resort policies.
6. If you cancel for any reason, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per person plus tax.
PAYMENTS/DISCLAIMER
1. You must make all payments according to payment plan agreed. All guests waive, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue L. Monique Jackson, Fraction Travels, and affiliates, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives assigned for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of Reggae SumFest or any related activities. If there's any damages to the resort property or airlines, the guests are solely responsible for any or all damages, thereof.
2. All payments will be made with Credit/Debit, Paypal. We do not accept cash. If using Paypal, there's 2.9% + .50 tax required and/or Square there's 3.5% tax required, which will be applied towards your payment. By signing below you've agreed to the terms of payment being made through Credit/Debit, Paypal or Square in order to rendered service.
3. Guests agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, in accounts or promotions in any medium.
4. Guest must agree to sign a contact in order for service to be rendered on any scheduled trip.
5. Guests who do not sign this contract will be unable to participate in the Reggae SumFest
6. If payment plan is chosen, guest(s) must pay their deposit to hold their spot. note: Signing the application does not guarantee your spot. You must make a deposit to reserve your spot. If payment plan is chosen, guest(s) must pay their deposit to hold their spot.
