  • We are excited to teach Spanish to your child in a fun and engaging way. Teaching is most effective when children know they are in a safe and secure environment.

    Because the safety and security of your child is our highest priority, please carefully review the following drop off and pick up routine, the medical consent, waiver and sign below to indicate your acknowledgment and agreement.

    The security of your children is very important to us!

    (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) Check ALL boxes to confirm and agree.

    Please make sure YOU, YOUR NANNIES, ALL FAMILY MEMBERS, and FRIENDS who help drop off and pick up your children, occasionally or regularly, follow the below guidelines.

    I hereby give permission for images of my child captured during Spanish in Action year-round classes and camps through video, photo, and digital camera to be used solely for the purposes of Spanish in Action promotional materials, social posts and publications at any time now or in the future.

    I understand that the photos and videos may be used on:

    • Print flyers
    • Spanish in Action website
    • YouTube, Facebook, and other social media

    I waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto now or in the future.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    If at any time you choose to cancel your enrollment, we need a written (30) thirty-days in advance notice so we can stop your recurring payments.

    Please note there will not be reimbursements without this notification.

    Registration Fee is non-refundable.

    • The year round program tuition is divided into ten EQUAL monthly payments, therefore we don't accept cancelations for June.

    • Classes with fewer students, up to 5 students, are considered intimate smaller classes and the price will change according to the number of students.
