Terms and Conditions:
1. This is an online reservation request, Silvermine Beach Resort Limited (“Silvermine”) has its sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject it. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive an email with reservation number as confirmation.
此為預訂申請表，銀鑛灣渡假酒店有限公司（“銀鑛灣”）會酌情決定接受或拒絕申請。如果您的申請被接受，您將收到一個預訂確認電郵和確認號碼。
2. All services and all prices will be listed on the confirmation email. Please read and check carefully, and inform us for any mistake within 3 days of receiving; otherwise the reservation shall be considered as accepted.
預定的所有服務及有關價格均於預訂確認電郵載明。請您仔細查閱郵件內容，如有任何不符，必須在收到確認電郵3日內提出；否則該預訂確認將被視為已被接受。
3. For restaurant reservation, a copy of confirmation email must be presented upon arrival.
到達時必須出示餐廳預訂確認電郵。
4. For room reservation, a copy of confirmation email and a valid HKID or passport of booking name must be presented upon arrival.
到達時必須出示客房預訂確認電郵及有效香港身份證或護照。
5. Please make your reservation request as least 3 working days before arrival.
請至少3個工作天前提交預訂申請。
6. All reservation requests are subject to availability.
所有預訂申請須視乎供應情況而定。
7. Silvermine reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
銀鑛灣保留修改以上條款及細則的權利，有關修改將不作另行通知。
8. Silvermine will take all reasonable measures to protect information you submit in strict confidential, but does not warrant against unauthorized access. Silvermine will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may be caused by computer viruses or bugs.
銀鑛灣將採取一切合理措施保護您提供的資訊的機密性，但不保證任何未經授權的存取。對於因電腦病毒引起的任何損失或損壞，銀鑛灣一概不承擔任何責任。
