• Self-Guided Group Visit Reservation Request Form

  • PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

    • Please complete this form at least 4-6 weeks before your desired visit date.
    • Bookings are not confirmed until your receive an email from groupvisits@elmuseo.org with the subject line ‘Booking Confirmation!’ .
    • All self-guided groups have the option of paying for their visit prior to their arrival, or on the day of their visit . Groups paying on the day of their visit must do so at the reception desk in the museum gift store, La Tienda, before entering the galleries.
    • If your group arrives more than 20 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or shorten the duration of your program.
    • To cancel your booking please email groupvisits@elmuseo.org with the subject line Booking Cancellation .
