  • PLEASE CLICK & READ:  CAT ADOPTION PROCESS & REQUIRMENTS
Do not continue if you do not agree or accept the above policies.

    ____________________________________________________________

Submitting an application prior to meeting the cat does not reserve your spot for the cat. You can submit the application ahead of time but you must meet the cat in person before being considered an applicant (i.e. your application will not be activated until you have met and chosen a cat for adoption).

Please answer the questions as completly as you can. Complete and thorough answers will help expedite your application once activated. An incomplete application, on the other hand, will delay (or cause the denial of) your application's processing.  The information within this application will also help us to determine the best cat for your family should it not be the cat you have expressed an interest in (we will discuss this with you and provide further options if this may be the case).

Note: You do not need to submit an application for each cat you are interested in adopting.  If this is the case, just list each cat's name in the space provided below.

*We ask that you please have patience.  Due to various factors and/or circumstances, it can take at least 5 business days for us to contact you with approval/denial of your application. Please remember that we are a rescue and emergency situations can pop up which take precedence over application processing.*

All cats under 6 months of age will not be altered prior to adoption (per the recommendation of our veterinary partners). The expense of altering any cat that is adopted to you in an unaltered state will be your responsibility when the appropriate time arises. This timeline will be discussed with you at the time of possession of your adopted cat.

The following section is in regard to your current and past pets. We require your current and/or past veterinarian information to help us assess your pet care practices. Some veteriarians require that you provide acceptance of the release of your client/pet records to us.  If you know (or think) that this is the case with your veterinarian, please call them in advance and give them a heads-up that we will be calling and asking for information pertaining to the care of your pets.
