    The Design department reviews the template files, and formats them as needed for software installation. You will be notified of any issues with the files so you can make the necessary adjustments and resubmit or request that we make the changes (design fees apply). Templates are installed into software after they are properly formatted. Verification and formatting can take up to 2 business days. It takes an additional 5 business days for the installation process before they are available to place orders. Please plan accordingly.

  • The date you've selected indicates that you will need Rush Services. Requests for Rush Services will incur a fee of 50% of the order total. Rush Services must be approved by the Design Department. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate your rush request. Rush services do not apply to software installation, printing, or shipping costs, nor do they impact shipping methods or transit/delivery times.
     
    If you do not need Rush Services, please select a date that allows for our turnaround of 5 business days. 
     
    *If you are submitting this form on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the following Monday is considered a rush as it does not allow for our 5 business day turnaround.

    1. The final version of your template (no images or text, just the template with empty nodes)
    2. A rendered example with text fields filled using the field names to be used (if auto-populated from data)

    PSDs or PNGs templates are the best format to send.

    Upload a zip file if you have a large number of templates.
