Inspection Schedule Request

Please complete and submit the form below in order to request your desired inspection. All inspections must be scheduled a minimum of one business day prior to the requested date. The Village will do its best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee the date/time preference. You will receive a confirmation of the inspection via your desired contact method (phone or e-mail), if you do not receive a confirmation, your inspection has not been scheduled. If you’ve not received a confirmation, or to cancel or reschedule, please call 847-658-2700, option 3.
We now offer SELF INSPECTION for Window and Door replacements, Driveway Final, Roof (Ice and Water Shield), and Fence Final. Click here to take photos and submit to our staff for approval.
