DCMGA SignUp Genius Request Form

Use SignUp Genius (SUG) to help keep track of your project workday volunteers when you require five (5) or more volunteers. Please note the following items to effectively get the help you need:

● Request for SignUp Genius should be submitted by Monday prior to it being listed in Plan Your Week (PYW). When you click "Submit" the form is sent to the Signup Genius Coordinator at dcmga.signup@gmail.com. Should an unplanned emergency occur, you may contact the SignUp Genius Coordinator for your urgent request.

● A SignUp Genius link will be generated and sent to you with your requested information for you to proof and make any changes. The signup can be preloaded with specific volunteers if you know who will be filling certain spots.

● If this is a recurring event with the same information required, you may enter the additional dates in this form or contact the SignUp Genius Coordinator if the event infomation is complex without completing the form.

● The SignUp Genius Coordinator will send the link to the Plan Your Week Coordinator for inclusion in that week's PYW. Please remember that the SUG Coordinator will not add the event to the DCMGA calendar; you will need to follow the process for adding the event to the calendar.
