    Recommendation for Honorary State FFA Degree
  • Rules and Guidelines

    1. In multiple teacher departments, the state advisor and/or State FFA Board of Trustees must determine which teacher or teachers have earned points in the various FFA categories. Points may be divided on a percentage basis among the teachers in the department.
    2. Chapter must have at least 80% of the total students enrolled for agricultural education instruction as FFA members at the time the application is submitted.
    3. Each nominee must complete this application form. Extra sheets may be attached to the application to provide requested information.

  • FFA Chapter membership equaled or exceeded 100% of the students enrolled int he instructional program. Give year(s).  (10 points possible)

  • Winner(s) of the state speech contest(s). Give name(s) and year(s))

  • Winner(s) of the state creed, quiz or parliamentary procedure contest(s). Give name(s) and year(s))

  • Award(s) received during state judging contest(s) Name contest(s) give year(s)

  • Received highest award(s) in state agricultural proficiency award program(s). Name award(s), individual(s) and give year(s)
