Do you understand that if you cannot keep your puppy/dog that you must notify Locus Danes and they have the right to take the puppy/dog back at no cost to them? And that arrangements for the puppy/dog to get back to Locus Danes is the responsibility of the buyer?

Do you agree to provide for your puppy/dog in terms of shelter, food and health? This includes providing adequate shelter, feeding high quality dog food (ABSOLUTELY NO GRAIN FREE), yearly vet checks and preventatives, etc.

Locus Danes does not give AKC papers until proof of spay/neuter. Do you understand and agree to this?

Do you agree to wait to spay/neuter the puppy/dog until at least 16 months of age? **We strongly urge puppy buyers to wait until at least 24 months to spay/neuter** (For puppies sold on "limited" registration (pet rights ONLY))

Do you agree to not breed the puppy/dog if it is being purchased as a pet with limited, pet only registration? If the dog is bred at any time, you are required to return the dog to Locus Danes at no cost to Locus Danes. You are also required to arrange transport to return the dog to Locus Danes. Do you agree to this?

Do you understand that we offer a 24 month health guarantee for the following genetic diseases/illnesses: hip dysplasia, wobblers, megaesophagus, cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypothyroidism, and cataracts?

Do you understand that you must supplement NuVet to assure the 24 month health guarantee & it must be purchased within 72 hours of taking your puppy home? NuVet must be purchased through the provided link or phone number (with code).

Do you understand that you must have your puppy checked by your vet within 72 hours of it leaving Locus Danes to assure the 24 month health guarantee?

Locus Danes will not replace your puppy due to "behavioral problems" or "temperament problems". Do you understand and agree to this? If you need to return your puppy/dog due to behavioral issues you will either need to have the puppy/dog taken to a behavioralist or will be required to pay $500 so that Locus Danes can take the dog to see a behavioralist. This is so we can find the dog a perfect forever home.

Do you understand that your health guarantee can be voided by not abiding completely by your answered questions?

Do you understand that if your puppy is not picked up by 9 weeks of age, an additional $15 a day is required to hold your puppy? Arrangements must be made before the puppy turns 8 weeks old and this fee must be paid before the age of 8 weeks old, or you forfeit your puppy.

Our deposits are non-refundable, but transferrable to one of our available or upcoming litters that take place within one year of placing your initial deposit. Do you understand and agree to this? (deposits that are placed on puppies that are 6+ weeks old are NOT transferable and deposits are NOT transferable if you decide you don't want your reserved puppy after being held past 6+ weeks of age)

Do you understand that any money paid towards your puppy is nonrefundable, including final balances on puppies purchased?
