In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, only the student for which a verification of class rank letter is being requested may submit the request.

General verification of class rank letters may not be requested. Instead, students must provide recipient name and contact information, in addition to the format in which the letter needs to be sent (fax, email, or mail).

Students must clear all holds prior to a letter being released.
