Lenses sent in for service will be evaluated top to bottom by a technician and written up by our Service Advisor. No work is performed without express permission.   • The Cine-Mod® is a process pioneered by Duclos Lenses that brings cinematic features to still photo lenses. Each modification is applied by one of our skilled technicians on a case-by-case basis, tailored to each lens. This form allows you to select the basics of the modification. However, if there's something custom or special you'd like modified, please use the notes section below to clarify.

  • Manufacturer Warranty - Duclos Lenses is a factory authorized service facility for almost all of the brands that we offer for sale. We work directly with the manufacturers for parts, materials, tools, and training on a regular basis. 

    Service+ Program - Because of our close relationship with manufacturers around the world and our dedication to quality, every new lens purchased from Duclos Lenses includes two years of free maintenance. More about our Service+ Program here.

     

  • Duclos Lenses is dedicated to customer satisfaction. For new lens and accessory returns, you may return your undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging within 10 days of purchase for a 100% store credit refund, less the cost of shipping, or 85% cash refund less the cost of shipping. New item returns may be subject to a restocking fee if they are returned with any signs of use or wear.
