     Dear Valued Patients,

    Please be advised that Healthy Traveler Travel Clinic will be temporarily closed from Monday, August 10, 2026, through Friday, August 21, 2026.

    If you are planning international travel and require travel vaccinations, medications, or a travel consultation, please schedule your appointment on or before Friday, August 7, 2026.

    The clinic will reopen on Monday, August 24, 2026, and appointments will resume on that date.

    To avoid any interruption to your travel plans, we encourage you to schedule early, as appointments before our temporary closure may fill quickly.

    Please be aware that your insurance may not cover the cost of travel vaccines in the following cases:

    • Your medical insurance is provided by an employer
    • You are covered by Medicare (including Part D) or have a secondary payer
    • You are enrolled in Medi-Cal or Medicaid

    We are not part of any insurance network and therefore cannot bill insurance providers directly. At the conclusion of your visit, we will provide you with a statement that includes the appropriate billing codes for your records or for possible reimbursement submission.
