Where AI tools or service providers are used, we ensure they meet Canadian privacy standards. We only partner with vendors who commit to safeguarding your personal information and who will not use your data for any unauthorized purposes. If any data is processed outside of Canada, we will inform you and provide additional safeguards where necessary.

What We Will Not Do with Your Information

We will not sell, trade, or lend your personal information to any third parties unless lawfully permitted or required, or we have your express consent to do so.

All employees, associated advisors, and suppliers who are granted access to records understand the need to keep this information protected and confidential. You may withdraw your consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual obligations and upon providing us reasonable notice) by advising our office in writing. Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may prevent us from providing you with certain products or services.
