Liability Statement and Waiver:
I know that running races is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter or run in a race unless I am medically able. I assume all risks assiciated with running races including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather including high heat or humidity, the conditions of the road and the traffic on the course and all such risks are known and appriciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Woodhaven Association, Department of Recreation and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liability that may arise.
