    Together with the information from this form and the mold, we would take about 1 month to send you your customized Owakai hair.

    After taking the photos, use a Tailor Measurement Tape and record the following distances in Centimeters:

    - A to B
    - A to F
    - A to E
    - C to D


    *You can use a thin thread to measure and put on a ruler. Never use the standard ruler as it cannot bend to our lovely heads.

  • You’ve decided to go with our natural color or standard graduation, good choice. We compare your hair samples that you provide and matching it to our standard coloring. Thereby, we can ensure we’re all on the same page and getting you a perfect color match. In the customisation videos, we show you that you have to provide three different places: the back, the sides, and the temples.

  • A really great color is the first thing people will notice about you, yet there are so many options. It’s all about the look you want.

    We would choose colors from the “Standard Color Ring” and we’ll create a natural color graduation and gray percentage based on formulas we’ve perfected over the years. This color option will give you a natural color look, the way nature intended. 
    Please provide 3 portions of ‘toothpick’ size sample hair and stick it on the mold at the respective place of the side, temple, or back.

  • This is the last step of your order. This section contains details about your hair system, such as hair type texture, wave curl pattern & density.

    Your first choice is to let us do the cut-in and style. This is your easiest ordering option. All that is required is to choose the look you’re going for, either by sending in a photo or choosing a style from our gallery.

    live your normal life with it. If there is any problem, or you dislike
    it for any reason, just send it back and we’ll remake it.
