To be completed by a current (Financial and Active) Masters Swimming Australia member wishing to claim membership of a second club.

Your primary club membership must be paid prior to submitting a 2nd claim request.

PLEASE NOTE
MSQ will no longer be accepting any second claim requests from interstate swimmers. However, all are welcome to compete in QLD representing their own club. If your first claim club is in QLD you can request a second claim with another QLD club. For any queries about second claims with MSQ clubs please contact the MSQ Branch.
