Note to Vendors:
The North by Night Holiday Market will be held on November 17th in the back lot of Cyclesmith's at 2553 Agricola St.
This is an outdoor event so please dress warm. We will have a stage with musicians planned for the evening, a beer garden, and set-up a German Style tent village for the market...if you have been to the Holiday Market before you know it is a lot of fun!
*You will be notified by email if you have been selected as a vendor
* Market Fee is Non-refundable
* Please make arrangements to pay your vending fee by November 5th to reserve your table. We can accept e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or cash at our office - 2099 Gottingen St. Mon-Fri: 10am - 4pm.
There will not be power supplied to vendors at this event but there will be plenty of lighting to brighten up your table and of course you are welcome to bring battery powered lights or lanterns :) Please bring a chair and table cover if you would like one.
**St. Joseph's School will be collecting donations again this year for their raffle basket...if you have a small item you would like to contribute, it would be appreciated :)
All money raised goes back into the classroom to buy much needed supplies for the children. They will come around to collect at the event.

If you are a vendor at the farmers market you will still need to apply for a temporary event permit. Food vendors are also required to show proof of Liability insurance and adhere to the NS Food Safety Regulations for hand washing. Please have your permit displayed at your table.
