Praetorian Garde offers a courtesy 4th option, where defendants may request for Parking Penalty Notice (PPN) reviews directly with us, at which point the defendant provides their statement and evidence, then a formal internal review of the PPN is initiated. All information must be completed. If it is determined that PGarde was at fault, the PPN will be cancelled, however, if the ticket was justified, it will not. Any errors of false information may result in your request to be denied. In which case the defendant can proceed with their three initial options on the rear of the PPN. By accepting, you also acknowledge that the person having care and control of the vehicle at the time of the alleged infraction will be noted as "The Owner". Inquiries?
