All frame and mechanical issues should go under "Frames and Hardware".

All electrical issues should go under "Powerplay and electrical systems".

Any problems discovered when opening the box or during first assembly should go under "Shipping and manufacturing damage".

ROCKY MOUNTAIN WARRANTY CLAIM - POWERPLAY DRIVE AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

This claim form is for Rocky Mountain Powerplay drive and electrical system failures, including warranty and crash replacement cases, but excluding non-Rocky Mountain hardware and components. Non-Rocky Mountain component failures must be addressed with the respective manufacturer. Additionally, frame failures on Powerplay bicycles should be submitted through the Rocky Mountain Warranty Claim - Frames and Hardware form.
