• Admission fees will be based on a final head count at the Zoo entrance.
• One person is to pay for all group members that are on site at time of entry. We do not hold tickets for late arrivals.
**Please have the leader of the group pay at the ticket window while the rest of the group remains outside. We will wave in the rest of the group once at atrium clears to prevent crowding.**
• Groups must enter together at the main gate at 2595 Roblin Boulevard.

• As group tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, please ensure you have a correct final headcount when paying.
• Group discounts do not apply for Education & Programming or Special Events and cannot be used in combination with any other discounted admission (ie. seasonal promotions).
• Bus Drivers receive free admission
• Business cheques accepted for pre-booked groups ONLY. Personal cheques are not accepted.
• Please leave the following items at home: plastic straws, pets, flying discs, balls, skate boards, wheelie shoes, balloons etc.
• The maximum number of children/youth in our gift shops at one time is 10. They must be accompanied by at least one chaperone. NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED IN GIFT SHOPS.

• We reserve the right to ask a group that is disruptive, or presents a danger to themselves or others, to leave the Zoo without compensation.

School/daycare groups require 1 adult chaperone for every 10 children/youth.

Please ensure all children/youth are supervised AT ALL TIMES for their own safety as well as the safety of the animals & other guests.
