  • QMJHL Foundation Scholarship Program - Application Form

  • Read and follow the instructions below carefully prior to submitting your application.

    The player must have started his courses no later than the fall session of the third year following the last game he played in the QMJHL, and must be studying without any interruption.

    The player who wants to obtain scholarships from this program must submit a scholarship request before the end of his first session of the academic program for which the scholarship is requested.

    He must provide, as soon as possible, the most recent transcripts of the courses he followed during his years in the QMJHL.

    He must provide, as soon as possible, a copy of the confirmation of admission into his chosen program.


    After the deadline, scholarships requested cannot be given retroactively.

    The committee will inform each applicant of its decision as soon as possible and in writing.

If you were not under regular contract during one or more terms, please point it out by writing Non-active in the "status" field.
