I understand that by signing up for a workshop with Chelsea Little Photography that I have paid a retainer, which is non-refundable. I understand that Chelsea Little Photography does allow me to use images taken from the workshop in my portfolio, but if I were to publish, write a blog, post on my business page, that I do have to give credit that the photos took place at a Chelsea Little Photography workshop. The workshop or shootout contents cannot be distributed or recorded. Images may not be entered for competition as concepts are intellectual property of Chelsea Little Photography.

Equipment *

The Participant is responsible for providing all of the equipment necessary to complete the workshop unless agreed upon otherwise.

Confidentiality *

The Participant understands that all documents that are given to her/him are the exclusive property of the Instructor and are privileged and confidential information. They may not be copied or sold.

Non-compete*

Participant shall not compete as a photography mentor or workshop instructor within six months of the completion date of this workshop. This includes on-line and in-person competition. If student were to teach, none of the lessons learned from Chelsea Little Photography may be taught in any of their classes.

Schedule*

Schedule is subject to change by Instructor due to circumstances including, but not limited it, weather and illness.

Cancellation*

In the event that a workshop is canceled, the Instructor will provide notice to the Participant as soon as practicable. Instructor is not liable for damages incurred in reliance on this agreement. If a workshop is canceled, the Participant may choose to attend a later workshop or to receive their payment back.

Transfer/Refund*

The workshop is non-refundable if the Participant is unable to attend, however, may be transferred to another attendee. The Instructor may assist with a transfer if there is a waiting list for the workshop, but this is not guaranteed.

Indemnification*

The Instructor shall be held harmless for any and all injury to the Participant and the Participant's equipment during the course of the workshop and the immediately surrounding events.

Insurance*

Student must provide insurance proof if they wish to handle subjects on their own, such as posing newborns, or posing other subjects such as children.
