Again, your photos will be used for marketing and social media unless you tell me otherwise. Just so you know!
I have a 10-15 day turn around, however, I do my best to have them done as soon as possible! If you would like your edited photos rushed there is a fee of $75.
The client understands and agrees that photographer may have cords, light stands, and other gear at the location. Client will hold photographer harmless for any damage, personal injury, or loss caused by tripping over or otherwise being injured from this equipment. Client further agrees to hold photographer harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the Client poses or works with photographer
The client agrees and understands that photographer may perform digital retouching of footage, including blemish removal, creative effects, teeth whitening, and other digital image edits. Client agrees to hold photography harmless for any edits which may be viewed as defamatory or demeaning.
The Client grants A Noble Shot an unrestricted right to use and alter the material for commercial, promotional, marketing, competition or other purposes (ie website, facebook, twitter)
Please share with your family and friends and use them as your profile photo for social media, but always say who took the photos. Please tag my business page!
If you are going to upload your favorite photos to your profile from your online album, that is fine, but please retain the photo credit.
A Noble Shot agrees to provide as many edited images as I can take for client to view after the shoot, and is not required to provide every photo taken during the shoot. There is no minimum amount of photos provided from a shoot. ANoble Shot will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on the photos where artistically necessary.
The photos will be available digitally via pixieset. You will be be able to download the photos when we notify you!
RAW or unprocessed files will NOT be available. All images you will receive will be in the JPEG format.
All images will be touched up and edited. I will even give you a black and white set.
The client understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of Photographer and Client has no right to sell these photos or claim them as their own copyright.
Photographer and client agree that photographer is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the shoot.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless photographer for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure.
Cameras, hard drives, and memory cards are subject to technical failure. Photographer will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss, but is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure. Payment will not be refunded in the event photos are lost unless otherwise agreed upon.
If photographer is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control, such as fire, flood, casualty, act of God or terrorism, illness, or any other reasonable cause outside the photographer’s control or expectation, client agrees to indemnify photographer for any loss damage or liability; however, Photographer will reschedule and give a 10% discount or return all in full all payments made by Client to Photographer in relation to this shoot, minus the $25 dollar deposit.
Client will obtain all permissions necessary for photographer to photograph at the shoot. Photographer has no duty to obtain permission of reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon.
Client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to photographer or which prevent photographer from photographing the event(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of photographer and the photographer will NOT refund the payment.
