Dear Members,

Please fill out the form below to claim for your International or Domestic Subsidy Claims. Please refer to the BFISC Travel Policy below for eligibility requirements.

ALL Subsidies are paid via Direct Deposit during the month of December.

PLEASE NOTE:
* To be eligible skater must have been a continuous member for more than 12 months prior to claim
* Skaters must have skated in competition claimed for prior to submitting application
* 1 Claim per Domestic Subsidy and 1 Claim per International Subsidy, Per Skater permitted per Calendar year
* International Claims only to be submitted after completion of 2nd ISA selected competition.
* Both International and Domestic can be claimed on same form

PLEASE NOTE: Members must have meet ALL Club obligations to be eligible, this includes volunteering. All forms are subject to approval, therefore completion of this form does not guarantee you will be approved.
