  • TPP Blitz Weekend Group Booking Form

  • All groups must maintain a 1:4 Leader to Student ratio for 3rd - 5th graders,  and 1:6 for middle and high school students

  • Deposit

    A $50 per participant non-refundable deposit is due order to hold spots for your group. Make check out to The Philadelphia Project, 8230 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19128.
  • Two Weeks Prior to Trip Date:

    Remaining balance and all additional information due. This includes leader's skill sheets, clearances, participant health forms, team rosters and vehicle information sheets.
  • By Booking our Group:

    I agree to only bring participants of appropriate grade level, to be accountable for the actions/behaviors/dress of my group, to enlist capable adults, to arrive on time, participate in all elements of The Project, wait for the conclusion & dismissal to leave, prepare my group for hard work, help those in need, learn through it all, and provide transportation during the project equal to the number of students I bring.
